Art Cashin's Warning: Market Is a 'Tainted' Banquet
The market has risen so far ahead of the economy, it's hard for Art Cashin, financial services director of floor operations at UBS, to get on board.
"It's been painful being a skeptic," Cashin said.
"You're at the banquet, everyone's eating, you suspect the food is tainted—but they're all having a good time."
Cashin said investors shouldn't pay too much attention to Monday's gains due to light trading caused by holidays in the US, Japan and Canada.
