Jim: With the recent decline of Bank of America [BAC  Loading...      ()   ], I know now is a good time to buy. Do you feel that there may be a better buying opportunity in the near future? I am planning a short-term investment to make more Mad Money! --Gregory

Cramer says: “I think the shorts are overstepping their bounds, worrying about a new equity offering. I don’t think it’ll occur. I think Bank of America’s a buy. I’d like to pull the trigger right here.”
