If This Is a Correction, How Far Will Stocks Fall?

Stocks fell last weekand have continued to slide this week, prompting speculation that this may be the beginning of a correction.

A correction is typically a drop of 10 percent or more from the most recent high.

Economist David Rosenberg said on CNBC yesterday that the market has become overheated since rebounding off its March low and "is overvalued by at least 20 percent."
