Richard J. Santagati Joins Revlon's Board of Directors

NEW YORK, Oct 30, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Revlon, Inc. (NYSE: REV) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Richard J.

Santagati as a Director, effective October 28, 2009.

Mr. Santagati (66) has served in senior executive capacities in business and higher education throughout his career, and most recently served as the President of Merrimack College in Massachusetts from 1994 to 2008. Prior to 1994, Mr. Santagati held many senior management roles, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Artel Communications Corporation, a high-tech company, Partner of Lighthouse Capital, Inc., a private investment management firm, Chief Executive Officer of Gaston & Snow, a law firm, and President and Chief Executive Officer of NYNEX Business Information Systems. Mr. Santagati has served on the boards of directors of several companies and is involved with a number of civic organizations and institutions.

Revlon's President and Chief Executive Officer, Alan T.
