(Tatung) as depositary for its global depositary share (GDS) program. The International GDSs and Rule 144A GDSs are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and trade on the Euro MTF market and are quoted on the International Order Book (IOB) of the London Stock Exchange under the symbols, "TAT" and "TAT1," respectively. The common shares are listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange under the stock code "2371." Each Tatung GDS represents 20 common shares. Tatung GDSs and common shares have not been registered under the U.S.
Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the U.S. (absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements).
