Aetna Completes Acquisition of Horizon Behavioral Services, LLC

HARTFORD, Conn., Nov 03, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aetna (NYSE: AET) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Horizon Behavioral Services, LLC, a leading provider of Employee Assistance Programs to many mid-sized and large employers.

The acquisition was announced on July 31. The business now will be part of Aetna Behavioral Health.
