Ticketmaster Announces Multi-Year Extension with Renowned Turning Stone Resort & Casino Renewal with 2009 "Casino of the Year" Includes Ticketmaster Operations for 5,000-Seat Event Center & 800-Seat Showroom

VERONA, N.Y., Nov 03, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ticketmaster, a Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: TKTM) operating business, has announced a multi-year extension of its more than 16 year relationship with the renowned Turning Stone Resort and Casino, nestled in the heart of central New York State's Mohawk Valley. Ticketmaster will maintain ticketing operations for Turning Stone's two venues, the 5,000-seat Event Center and the 800-seat Showroom, offering a combined average of 150 shows per year. Turning Stone was named "Casino of the Year" in 2009 by the Academy of Country Music.

The Turning Stone Resort and Casino will continue to utilize Ticketmaster's latest technology in its daily ticketing operations. Ticketmaster will build upon its seamlessly integrated event ticketing distribution solutions, including on-site scanning technology to validate bar-coded event tickets; online and offline event marketing and communication tools; and a multitude of new services to help drive ticket sales and enhance the overall entertainment experience for Upstate New York area entertainment fans.
