LONDON, November 3, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) (the "Company") today received notice from Lord Kerr of Kinlochard, a non-executive Director of the Company, that he today purchased 1,000 Royal Dutch Shell B shares of Euro 0.07 each at a price of GBP17.63888 per share. His total current holding is now 15,000 Royal Dutch Shell plc B shares.
