Baltimore Gas and Electric Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

BALTIMORE, Nov 03, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE), a subsidiary of Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG), announced today that it declared quarterly dividends at the specified rate for all of its outstanding preferred stock, payable Jan. 4, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 10, 2009.

BGE, www.bge.com, headquartered in Baltimore, is Maryland's largest gas and electric utility, delivering power to more than 1.2 million electric customers and more than 640,000 natural gas customers in Central Maryland.
