IronKey Strengthens Management Team With Addition of David Conte as Chief Financial Officer --Seasoned Executive Brings Over 20 Years of Diversified Financial Experience

Conte brings more than 20 years of financial leadership, most recently as CFO of Opsware Inc. where he was instrumental in its sale to Hewlett Packard. Conte will lead all financial and administrative functions within IronKey including financial planning and control, treasury, accounting, facilities, risk management, human resources, stock administration and investor relations.
