BEIJING, Nov 04, 2009 /PRNewswire-Asia via COMTEX/ -- Himfr.com, one of China's leading B2B search platforms with more than 30 B2B industry websites to its name, forecasts that Chinese broiler prices are likely to have a slight recovery over the next two months.
Himfr's analyst predicts that in the future, rice and wheat prices may be slightly higher, while live pigs and chicken prices may have a slight rebound.
This year's major agricultural production will remain stable, and the market prices have been relatively stable, affected by declining demand and increasing domestic and international post costs and other factors: a larger decline of China's agricultural exports year on year. Looking ahead, a strong national policy under the control of rice and wheat prices may be slightly higher, while live pigs and chicken prices may rebound slightly, but soybeans, cotton and other products prices will remain stable.
Analyst statistics expected that soybean price levels would be maintained at about 1.85 yuan per jin.
It is understood that in the current soybean-producing areas the market generally offers a price of 1.7 yuan / jin, with farmers reluctant to sale. Many farmers are now waiting for a State Reserve Acquisition Policy that is expected to influence produce prices.
A high degree of concern for the market is that of live pigs ( http://www.himfr.com/buy-live_pigs/ ), broiler and other product prices. A Himfr analyst said that the downward trend in live pig prices will continue for some time, but in November will be followed by some recovery. He reminded that the recent live pigs, laying hens and other serious animal diseases is serious, and if the climate cannot be balanced, the supply will be significantly reduced in next year.
