Foster Wheeler elects new board member
A former executive at Procter & Gamble Co. has been elected to the board of directors of Foster Wheeler AG, the Switzerland-based engineering and construction firm said Wednesday.
Clayton C. Daley Jr., 57, was vice chairman of Procter & Gamble from January until his retirement in September, Foster Wheeler said. He also served as Procter & Gamble's chief financial officer.
Foster Wheeler shares rose $1.53, or 5.2 percent, to $31.23 in morning trading.
