NEW YORK, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Shares of CVS Caremark Corp plunged in premarket trading on Thursday after comments from CEO Tom Ryan on weakness in the pharmacy benefit management business. CVS shares were down 19.8 percent at $28.90. Shares of other pharmacy benefit companies fell also. Medco Health lost 2.8 percent and Walgreen Co lost 3.2 percent after the comments.
