NEW YORK, Nov 05, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'AA/F1+' to the Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Trust II-R series 1125 reset option certificates (ROCs) and a rating of 'AA' to the series 1125 reset option longs (ROLs). The long-term 'AA' rating is based on the rating that Fitch has assigned to the South Carolina Public Service Authority, revenue obligations, series 2009 tax-exempt series E, deposited into the trust. The short-term 'F1+' rating is based on the shortfall liquidity agreement guaranteed by Citigroup Inc. The short-term rating will expire on Sept. 15, 2010, the expiration date of the shortfall liquidity agreement, unless such date is extended or earlier terminated.
