CA Declares Quarterly Dividend

ISLANDIA, N.Y., Nov 05, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- CA, Inc.

(Nasdaq: CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend will be paid on November 30, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2009.
