MCLEAN, Va. and SAN DIEGO, Nov 09, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) (NYSE: SAI) today announced it has been awarded five task orders by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to support the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Chief Information Officer. The task orders were awarded under the DHS EAGLE contract and have a total value of more than $189 million if all options are exercised. Work will be performed primarily in Washington, D.C.
ICE protects national security by enforcing the nation's customs and immigration laws.
