MELBOURNE, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Swedish forest products group Sodra is one of a number of parties in talks to buy 40 percent of the equity in Gunns Ltd's stalled Bell Bay pulp mill in Tasmania, the Australian group said on Wednesday. The project has been on hold as Gunns struggles to line up banks to fund it. "The company is continue to work positively with its banking group to close project finance facilities," Gunns Chairman John Gay told shareholders at the group's annual meeting.
