JAKARTA, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Indonesia's state-owned miner PT Aneka Tambang Tbk has cancelled its plan to buy a stake in PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, a local unit of Newmont Mining Corp. , a spokesman for the local government of West Nusa Tenggara said on Wednesday.
