JAKARTA, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Indonesia's domestic cement consumption in October rose 22 percent to 3.79 million tonnes from a year earlier, industry data showed on Thursday. Indonesia's largest cement firm, PT Semen Gresik, has forecast cement consumption will grow up to 3 percent this year, below the 11.5 percent rise in 2008.
