TORONTO, Nov 12 (Reuters) - The Bank of Canada said on Thursday it plans to auction on Nov. 18 a total of C$3 billion ($2.8 billion) of government of Canada bonds maturing on June 1, 2015. The bonds will be issued on Nov. 23. The bank said it would buy a minimum of C$150 million of the bonds.
