HONG KONG, Nov 13 (Reuters) - By 0333 GMT, the benchmark Hang Seng Index had risen 0.16 percent to 22,433.98. The China Enterprises Index of top locally listed mainland Chinese stocks was up 0.23 percent at 13,356.26. Here are some of the stocks on the move: * Energy companies fell after U.S. crude futures dropped towards $76 per barrel on Friday, falling further after tumbling nearly 3 percent in the previous day.. PetroChina, Asia's top oil and gas producer, slipped 1.7 percent to HK$9.91, while Chinese offshore oil producer CNOOC lost 1.1 percent to HK$12.28. * Bank of East Asia, Hong Kong's No.5 bank, fell 3.8 percent to HK$32.75 after the lender said it was not in talks on a potential acquisition. Rumours that Malaysian conglomerate Guoco Group could be interested in BEA sent the bank's shares up 26 percent in the last two days. "The bank confirms that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations ... which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature," BEA said in a statement on Thursday.. * Simsen International jumped as much as 52 percent to HK$0.47, its highest since November 2007, after the brokerage said its controlling shareholders are in preliminary talks with a potential acquirer. "The possible disposal, if materialised, may result in the potential investor being required to make a mandatory offer for all issued shares," Simsen said, adding that it is in accordance with takeover laws. By 0254 GMT, the stock, which was the top percentage gainer in Hong Kong, traded at HK$0.41, up 31 percent from the previous close. * Taifook Securities rose as much as 9.9 percent to to HK$5.00, its highest since January 2008, after Reuters reported on Thursday that China Construction Bank was in talks to buy control of the brokerage to give it a solid footing in Hong Kong's lucrative retail securities market. . By 0226 GMT, the stock, which jumped 13 percent on Thursday, traded near HK$4.76, up 4.6 percent from the previous close.
