MILAN, Nov 13 (Reuters) - The following factors could affect Italian markets on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy. New items are marked with (*). * BANCA MONTE DEI PASCHI DI SIENA The bank posted a 42 percent drop in third-quarter net profit, but net interest income ticked higher, breaking a two-quarter downturn. UNICREDIT The bank's reorganisation plan is making progress and will come before the board at a December meeting, Il Sole 24 Ore said without citing sources. * JP Morgan cuts its price target to 3.25 euros from 3.27 euros, with an "overweight" rating. INTESA SANPAOLO Intesa's depositary bank services could be sold to State Street next week, and then half could go to BNP Paribas or Bank of New York Mellon Corp, Libero said citing rumours. * UBI BANCA The bank said in a statement it had a nine-month profit of 187.3 million euros, down 69.8 percent year on year, and a Core Tier 1 of 7.33 percent. BULGARI The jeweller returned to profit in the third quarter after two quarters of net losses and expects the last three months to be the best of the year as sales in own stores rose in October. * JP Morgan raised its price target to 5.70 euros from 5.40 euros with a "neutral" rating. UNIPOL The insurance company's net profit fell sharply in the first nine months of the year, coming in worse than expected and suffering from weakness in the non-life sector. * JP Morgan cuts its price target to 0.81 euro from 1.04 euro, with an "underweight" rating. BANCO POPOLARE The bank's listed unit Credito Bergamasco net profit before exceptional items in the first nine months of the year fell 34.4 percent to 90.1 million euros, it said in a statement on Thursday. Banca Italease, another Popolare unit, said its net loss narrowed in the first nine months to 172 million euros from 222 million euros in the same period a year earlier. FIAT The vehicle group is finalising the European portion of its industrial plan including in Serbia where its findings will be announced by the end of next month, Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne said in a statement on Thursday. A2A The utility is studying disposals that could be worth 2.2 billion euros, MF said, citing the company's managing director Renato Ravanelli. ENEL Italy's biggest utility said it plans to invest $240 million over the next four years to develop geothermal power in energy-starved Chile. * CAMPARI JP Morgan raised its price target to 6.95 euros from 5.70 euros, with a "neutral" rating. SMALL AND MID CAPS * ERG The oil refiner ERG posted a net loss at replacement cost of 14 million euros ($20.83 million) from the previous year's 40 million euro profit as the economic downturn continues to weigh on refining margins. * TISCALI The broadband operator said founder Renato Soru would become chairman and chief executive as it reported a widening nine-month net loss BENETTON GROUP The clothing retailer turned in a higher third quarter net profit as deferred sales boosted revenues and said it expected to cut its debt by year-end. PININFARINAMI> The car designer's nine-month net loss narrowed to 18 million euros from 25 million euros a year earlier, it said in a statement on Thursday. PIRELLI RE Pirelli and real estate asset manager Fimit will decide on plans to merge their activities by Nov 23, Il Messaggero said, without citing sources.
