Keithley Instruments Announces Dividend

CLEVELAND, Nov 13, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Keithley Instruments, Inc.

(NYSE:KEI), a world leader in advanced electrical test instruments and systems, today announced its quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.0125 per Common Share. The quarterly dividend is $0.01 per Class B Common Share. The dividend is payable December 31, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 17, 2009.
