MOORESVILLE, N.C., Nov 16, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Anpath Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ANPG), and its wholly-owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI), today reported financial results for its fiscal 2010 second quarter which ended September 30, 2009.
Second Quarter Results: The Company continued a positive trend of increased quarterly revenues and reduced losses year over year. Revenues for the second quarter were $113,170 compared with revenues of $27,145 in the same quarter last year; an increase of $86,025 or 417%. For the first six (6) months of FY 2010 Anpath Group reported an increase in revenues of $209,066 or 559% over the first half of FY 2009. The Company realized a net loss of $663,385 or $(0.04) per share for the second quarter reported compared to a loss of $(838,918) or $(0.06) per share for the second fiscal quarter last year. Total operating expenses for the second quarter were reduced by $159,567 or 20% compared to the same period for the prior year.

As a result of completed testing, the Company plans to provide new data to the US Environmental Protection Agency as the initial step in the reintroduction of a broad spectrum disinfectant; a platform for a number of related products. The Company also reported continued progress toward the introduction of an environmentally correct geobiocide for use in the oil & gas industry and is in discussions with a potential partner within the industry.
Growth of its international presence continued with market expansion in Japan and Korea. The Company has ongoing discussions with other international distribution partners.
