Billion Dollar Stocks for Under $10

With Monday's extension of the current rally, all but one of the S&P 500 [.SPX  Loading...      ()   ] now have market caps over $1 billion.  The index is up over 7% for the month so far and only MBIA [MBI  Loading...      ()   ], at a $680 million market cap, is far from the $1 billion marker.  Of the remaining 499 companies, 32 are still trading for less than $10 per share.

E-Trade Financial [ETFC  Loading...      ()   ] held onto the number one spot as the lowest priced S&P component while Windstream Corp [WIN  Loading...      ()   ] managed to eke out a 9 cent gain yesterday to close at $10.02 and edge itself off the list below.  Citigroup [C  Loading...      ()   ] is the component on the list with the highest market cap, nearly $100 billion.
