Associated Banc-Corp appoints Flynn as CEO
GREEN BAY, Wis. - Regional bank Associated Banc-Corp said Monday that its board has tapped Philip B. Flynn as president and chief executive officer.
He also will be a director.
His appointments are effective Dec. 1.
Flynn replaces Paul S. Beideman, who announced his plans to retire from the company earlier this year. Beideman will continue as CEO until Flynn takes over.
Flynn, 52, has been with Union Bank, San Francisco, since 1980.
