New items are marked with (*). UNICREDIT Shareholders in Italy's biggest bank approved a rights issue of up to 4 billion euros on Monday aimed at shoring up lagging capital ratios. MEDIASET Italian broadcaster Mediaset will post better advertising revenues in 2010 than in 2009, the group's chief executive said on Monday. * TELECOM ITALIA Demand for broadband services is being delayed by the failure of the public administration to digitalise and put its services online, Telecom Italia Chief Executive Franco Bernabe said in an interview in Libero newspaper. * TAX AMNESTY The government could prolong for four months to April 15 the ongoing tax amnesty for Italians to repatriate savings held abroad, Il Messaggero said in an unsourced report. SMALL AND MID-CAPS INDESIT The household goods producer is open to alliances as the sector consolidates but the Merloni family-owned company intends to keep control of the business, vice-chairman Andrea Merloni said in a Corriere della Sera interview.
