Cramer: Buy These 2 Dividend Plays

Investors who are looking for a cash payout should pass on Treasurys, Cramer said during Tuesday’s Stop Trading!, and buy a high-yielding dividend play.
The demand for today’s five-year bond auction was “just beyond me,” Cramer said, “because you don’t get any interest to speak of.”

] and Verizon Communications [VZ

], which yield 6.3% and 6.2%, respectively. The stocks themselves haven’t returned much, but Cramer likes them purely for their dividends, adding that he expects them to be increased.
But are they exciting investments?
“I like dividends to not be exciting,” Cramer said.
