Lightning Round: Royal Dutch Shell, Bank of America, RF Micro Devices and More

Royal Dutch Shell : Cramer is bullish on RDS.

Bank of America : This company needs to name a CEO, Cramer said, and payback TARP. His charitable trust owns BAC, but he’s unhappy with the stock for these two reasons.

You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

RF Micro Devices : RFMD is “way too cheap,” Cramer said, calling the stock a buy. He also endorsed Tellabs and Ciena .

People’s United Financial : “PBCT rocks,” Cramer said. Investors should consider buying this stock.

Flextronics : Buy FLEX, Cramer said.

Deckers Outdoor : Cramer endorsed DECK, but recommended that investors watch the company’s holiday performance.

KKR Financial : “I often find that I can’t make a judgment on these companies,” Cramer said, “because I really don’t know what they own. This one’s too hard for me.”

Riverbed Technology : The stock is expensive, but Cramer said RVBD was worth buying.

JPMorgan Chase : “I think it’s going much, much higher,” Cramer said of JPM.

Cramer’s charitable trust owns Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.
