So far, Tiger Woods’ alleged marital infidelity has not affected any of his endorsement deals. After all, not many deals are tied into Tiger Woods being the perfect family man.

But there is one.

It’s called the Cliffs at High Carolina and it’s a community in Asheville, N.C., where Woods’ first US golf course is scheduled to open in the fall of 2011. The pitch to perspective residents hasn’t only been the opportunity to play on the first golf course Woods has ever designed, it’s also to bring in families to buy residences in the community.

“With a wife and two kids, your perspective in life changes,” Woods says in a video on the development’s Web site. “I want to have my kids experience something like this. I want to be able to bring them up here and feel safe, feel secure -- enjoy running the trails and being a part of nature like this. Because your priorities start changing and evolving once you have a family and I want to come up here as often as I possibly can.”

Woods goes on to say that “one of the things that has drawn me to this is the fact that I can bring my family here. We’ll be here a lot.”

As of October, the development had closed on about 30 lots, averaging $1 million each, according to the Greenville News. There are 99 total lots being offered. Calls and e-mails directed at the development’s spokesperson for comment on Woods were not returned.

Woods’ course that is being built in Dubai has been delayed past its scheduled opening this fall, but it is not known when it will open. His third golf course in Mexico is scheduled to be completed in 2011.
