The Gender Agenda

ABOUT THE SHOW

With a growing body of evidence that parity improves profits, why are so many companies either changing too slowly or not at all?

Today in the UK, women earn 22% less than men. In the US, women make up just 13% of company board members. And only 2% of Fortune 500 companies have a female in charge.

Our corporate DNA needs to change but most companies are run by men so gender parity relies on male CEOs being convinced they and their companies will benefit from it.

In a special televised debate from the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, CNBC’s Ross Westgate will challenge two teams of global business leaders to convince the audience to move beyond good intentions to effective action.

Team One Challenge:
How can corporate leaders change their company’s DNA to achieve more gender equality?

Team Two Challenge:
Why should corporate leaders make gender equality a top priority? ~
