On Thursday Cramer interviewed Lew Frankfort, the Chairman and CEO of Coach. The CEO discussed how the company broadened its product to the “new normal.”
For example, COH designed into lower price points, meaning lowering the price on some of its products. And this rebalancing, according to Frankfort, has really restored a “sweet spot” for the company, with consumers responding well.
Coach has also expanded into China. And this, Cramer thinks, is the biggest thing that has happened to the company in many years. Frankfort said Coach has found unlimited opportunities in China by focusing on the young-professional-female.
For these reasons, Cramer likes Coach and thinks the stock could go higher.
