Few writers can better tell the stories that happen on Wall Street and beyond than Michael Lewis.

He's the bestselling author behind Moneyball, Liar’s Poker and The Blind Side.

Now some 20 years after Lewis captured the greed and hubris of the 80’s in Liar’s Poker he’s back with a book that’s being called "The single best piece of financial journalism ever written."

In ‘The Big Short Inside: the Doomsday Machine’Lewis chronicles a handful of key players who got it right in the subprime mortgage market – and made billions.

Appearing on CNBC’s Power Lunch, Lewis says the more people learn about what really happened, the angrier they will be.

In an extended series of interviews Lewis talks in detail about what led up to the crisis, why Wall Street is still broken, the Goldman bubble, AIG’s "insane acts" and more.
