Institutional investors have been riding the stock market rally since the beginning, but when will the individual investor finally get on board with the market momentum? One market pro thinks that the next month will be a turning point for these retail investors.

Welcome Back Individual Investor
Insight on whether the individual investor will move cash into the market this month, with Charles Biderman, Trimtabs Investment Research.

Charles Biderman of TrimTabs Investment Research thinks the tide is turning for individual investors and that these investment lone wolves are will boost the market in the coming weeks. He expects big inflows for US equity mutual funds into April 15th, increased buying of long ETFs, less selling of leveraged long ETFs and less buying of leveraged short ETFs.

But if retail investors are finally hitting the markets, does this signal a market top? Where are these funds coming from and what can we expect from the market? To get Biderman's full perspective, check out the video!
