Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Monsanto : “This stock is in its own unbelievably personal bear market,” Cramer said.

Ebix : Ebix is like Compuware. So Cramer would rather see investors in Saleforces.com if they’re going to play the business-software industry.

Unilife : Cramer said he needed to do more research on UNIS before making a call.

Republic Services : Cramer likes both RSG and Waste Management in this space.

Flextronics : FLEX is a buy, Cramer said.

Tellabs : Cramer is bullish on TLAB. “That one goes higher,” he said. He likes ADC Telecom and Cadence Design Systems as well.

Potash : Buy some Deere instead, Cramer said.

Cramer's charitable trust owns Fluor.
