By: Another deal that dominated chatter on Wall Street before the crisis is back on the front burner. Is it a sign of the times?
Aeroflex is planning its long awaited IPO; it intends to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ARX."
As of Monday April 12th the company did not say how many shares it planned to sell or their expected price range.
Based in Plainview, New York the company provides radio frequency and microwave integrated circuits used in wireless communication systems; customers include Boeing , Cisco Systems , and Raytheon .
