Market Pro Reveals 'Undiscovered' Stock

We have a fast flash underway -- and this one should give bulls all the more reason to celebrate.

The Dow Transports are breaking out -- up 8% in 5 days. That compares to 2% for the Dow Industrials .

And that smells like a big fat trade to Stephen Weiss, author of "The Billion Dollar Mistake." He also ran Lehman's global research and sales earlier this decade.

Weiss tells the desk strength in transports makes him he’s bullish Frontline in part because the company is a major shipper of oil and he thinks demand from China will only increase their volumes.

“Also the CEO owns a third of the stock and is clearly aligned with shareholder value," Weiss says. "It pays a dividend of almost 3% and of the 25 analysts that follow it; 9 rate it a sell and 7 rate it a hold. As they catch up the stock could go a lot higher.”
