Pops & Drops: Aflac, Home Depot...

Following are moves you might have missed. Find out why shares of Aflac and Home Depot popped while BP and Dean Foods dropped.

POPS (stocks that jumped higher)

Deutsche Bank (DB) popped 11%. Investors bid Europe’s banks higher on euphoria generated by the EU bailout plan. - I think the stock has more room to run, says Tim Seymour.

Aflac (AFL) popped 13%. As a company that holds about $1 billion in Greek bonds, Aflac also benefited from the euphoria generated by the EU bailout plan. - I don't get why they would own those bonds, muses Karen Finerman.

Stock Pops & Drops
The Fast Money traders take a look at todayâ??s biggest market movers.

Home Depot (HD) popped 5%. Famed investor John Paulson predicted housing prices would rise as much as 5% in 2010 and as much as 12% in 2011. - I like this stock, says Guy Adami.

SanDisk (SNDK) popped 10%. Money rotated back into chips on Monday and S&P boosted its rating on this company.

Mechel (MTL) popped 17%. A relatively weaker dollar gave this and most other natural resource stocks a boost.

Borders Group (BGP) popped 10%. The company began taking orders for its e-reader.

Boeing (BA) popped 5%. Goldman raised the stock to a conviction buy.

Denny’s (DENN) popped 8%. Barron’s suggested that activist shareholders who want to see more aggressive growth may pick up at least one board seat during a May 19th vote.

DROPS (stocks that slid lower)

BP (BP) dropped 1%. The containment dome failed to work triggering new concerns for investors. - I think it's getting to a price level that's attractive, says Joe Terranova.

Dean Foods (DF) dropped 28%. The company warned Monday that some branded-label business may never return amid brutal competition from retailers using private-label product as a loss-leader to drive customer traffic.
