FBI Releases Transcript of Letter in Disney Case

This is the text of a letter the FBI says was sent to hedge funds and other investment companies in the United States and Europe. It is included in the complaint against Bonnie J. Hoxie and Yonni Sebbag, who have been charged with trying to take advantage of inside information about Disney's finances.

"Hi,

I have access to Disney's quarterly earnings report before its release on 05/03/10.

I am willing to share this information for a fee that we can determine later. I am sorry but I can't disclose my identity for confidentiality reasons but we can correspond by email if you would like to discuss it.
