Goldman Sachs : “The stock has no momentum whatsoever,” Cramer said, and “it’s in the crosshairs of the government.” So he can’t recommend GS right now.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Amdocs : DOX is “decent,” Cramer said. With the stock trading near its growth rate, he thinks it’s pretty cheap.

First Solar : Don’t buy, Cramer said. He can’t get behind solar stocks right now because they are too dependent on government subsidies.

People’s United Financial : PBCT is a buy, Cramer said.

Verizon Communications : Cramer said he likes Vodafone more, but VZ still works for its growth and dividend.

When this story published, Cramer’s charitable trust owned Goldman Sachs.
