Hudson City Bancorp
The Paramus, N.J.-based bank was downgraded to market perform from outperform at FBR Capital.



The pharmaceuticals company was upgraded to buy from neutral at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.


Union Pacific
The rail transportation company was initiated outperform at MacQuarie Research with a $95 price target.
