Kaminsky's Stealth Interest Rate Tell

Gary Kaminksy thinks we may have just gotten a great tell on the future of interest rates.

15% of the stocks that made new highs on the NYSE Wednesday were Master Limited Partnerships or MLP’s.

"MLPs are an asset class that has a very high correlation to interest rate sentiment," explains Kaminksy.

He's talking names like Enbridge, Enterprise Products and Plains All-American - names Kaminksy considers bond equivalents.

"For these MLPs to be hitting new 52-week highs it's a confirmation to me that the recent move higher in interest rates is probably not long lived," Kaminksy says.

"These things don’t have the types of move they’ve recently had if investors think rates are going up."
