For Thursday's Options Action, Brian Stutland of CBOE Partners is looking at investment management firm BlackRock .
"BlackRock was up nicely today," he says. "I owned that stock. The fundamentals look great.
But when a stock rallies hard, he would rather sell a put than buy the stock.
