Christmas In July

Tuesday, 27 Jul 2010 | 6:00 PM ET

Aren’t you bored with summer fun in the sun? Our traders can hardly wait to say goodbye to the Hamptons and hello to cold winter weather.

That’s because as the thermometer drops holiday trades heat up. Here’s how the Fast Money gang suggests gaming hot toys and gadgets into the holidays.

Joe Terranova
I’d own Apple on a bet that the iPad is 2010’s hottest holiday gift, says the Liquidator.

Guy Adami
I’d look at videogame maker Electronic Arts, says the Negotiator. It hasn’t performed well but it may do better into this Christmas.

Steve Grasso
I also like Apple as well as chipmaker SanDisk, says the Governor.

Jon Najarian
I think SanDisk wins, adds the Monster, not only because they supply iPads and iPods but their chips are also in a wide range of digital cameras. And I like Activision as the maker of the Guitar Hero video game.

Brian Kelly
I’m also bullish Apple, says Beeksy.

Sticking With the Retailer
Trading the holiday cheer early.
