Big Week Ahead for Retail Traders?

If you trade retail stocks next week could be action packed. A slew of major names report earnings.

Just take a look at some of the big guns that the market will hear from as soon as Monday.

Monday: Lowe's, Urban Outfitters
Tuesday: Abercrombie & Fitch, Home Depot, TJX, Walmart
Wednesday: BJ, Target
Thursday: Dollar Tree, Ross Stores, Staples

How should you position?

I own Home Depot and will continue to own it but that’s for the long-term, says Patty Edwards. Otherwise I’m a little concerned about what we’ll hear.

If the consumer is slowing that’s concerning for these names, adds Guy Adami. Kohl’s quietly made a 52-week low this week so it’s hard to short these stocks – I’d just stay away.
