FOLLOW CEO INTO BOFA

After the close Monday, published reports said that BofA CEO Brian Moynihan snapped up 30,000 shares of his company for about $13 each.

Although the reports didn't say why Moynihan chose to purchase BofA shares now the Fast Money traders were hard pressed not to notice that shares are trading around a 52-week low. The move may be intended to show Moynihan’s confidence in the company's long-term prospects.

Should you follow?

It’s not a huge purchase for him but better to see him buy then sell, says Karen Finerman.

I see it as a vote of confidence and with shares near a 52-week low I’d follow him in, adds Joe Terranova

I’m on the other side of this trade, says Steve Cortes. I’m short and looking to sell more. I think the overhang of housing is just too problematic for BofA.

THE PITCH: ANDERSONS

Brian Kelly is bullish The Andersons and in Monday’s Pitch makes his case.

You already know that the Andersons is long wheat and owns a bunch of silos in the mid-west, he says. But what you might not know is that the CME changed the rules on what they can get paid as a storage facility. And as long as the spread stays wide that rate should go up.
