Here's what's up on Monday's Squawk on the Street:

-- Detailed information on the next round of the bidding battle between Hewlett-Packard and Dell for 3PAR. Plus, if they're so hot for 3PAR, what else could be on the list? We're looking at Compellent Technologies, Commvault Systems and Isilon.
