”While people are slathering their hot dogs with ketchup this Labor Day, the stock will be trading at about 15 times 2011 estimates, slightly below it’s 5 year average.”

And just like Heinz is the ketchup of anticipation, Scaramucci anticipates good things in this name.

“It beat earnings on Wednesday, it has a stable product line, great brands and a 3.9% dividend yield.”
