Poll: Should Obama Announce Second Round of Stimulus?

U.S. President Barack Obama, scrambling to spur job creation, proposed a six-year plan on Monday to rebuild U.S. infrastructure with an initial $50 billion investment and prepared new business tax cuts. Washington officials stressed however, that the plan is not a stimulus, but part of a long-term transportation reauthorization that traditionally includes highway and
rail funding.
