Lightning Round OT
The Lightning Round continues in this exclusive to CNBC.com feature, with host Jim Cramer.

TIBCO Software : Cramer said companies that provide infrastructure software solutions, like TIBX, are often considered takeover candidates. He would stick with this Palo Alto, Calif.-based company.

Hess : In the energy space, Cramer prefers Sunoco , because Hess is "not that well run a company."

PH Glatfelter : Despite its 3.3 percent dividend yield, Cramer said this is "not a great performing stock here." He recommends holding onto it and reinvesting dividends before cutting it.
